Director/PDMR Shareholding

Transfer of shares into ISA

The Company, announces that it has received notification of a transfer by John Hewitt a non-executive director of the Company, and Mr Michael Edwards, a connected person to John Hewitt for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, of some of their shares in the Company into their ISAs.

On 21 April 2016 John Hewitt purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (Shares) into his ISA at a price of 936.5p per share and simultaneously sold 1,000 Shares at a price of 935p per Share.

On 21 April 2016 Michael Edwards purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (Shares) into his ISA at a price of 936.5p per share and simultaneously sold 1,500 Shares at a price of 935p per Share.

As a result of these transactions John Hewitt and Michael Edwards' combined holding of 21,985 Shares remains unchanged, representing approximately 0.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
