The company was notified today that David Kingerlee has been appointed as an executor and a trustee over a non-beneficial interest in 21,444 ordinary shares in the capital of the company in addition to his existing non-beneficial interest in 77,780 ordinary shares in the capital of the company. These shares form part of the existing Kingerlee concert party.

David Kingerlee, a director of the Company, now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 187,695 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 3.63% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. Of this interest, the total beneficial interest is in 88,470 ordinary shares in the capital of the company representing 1.71% of the total voting rights of the company.
