Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that John Hewitt today purchased 3,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 805 pence per share.

John Hewitt, a Director of the Company, now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 18,985 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.37 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company was also notified today that Roberta Miles today purchased 450 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 805 pence per share.

Roberta Miles, a Director of the Company, now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 2,700 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.05% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
