Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Mr Michael Edwards, a connected person to John Hewitt for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, today purchased 2,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 635 pence per share.

John Hewitt, a Director of the Company, now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 12,985 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.3 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
