RELEASE OF VOLUNTARY ESCROW SHARES

High-Tech Metals Ltd (ASX: HTM) ("High-Tech", "HTM" or "the Company") advises that 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") will be released from voluntary escrow with effect from Friday, 5 June 2026.

ESCROW RELEASE DETAILS

The Company confirms the following details in relation to the escrow release:

Number of shares to be released: 1,000,000 Shares
Escrow type: Voluntary escrow
Escrow period: 12 months
Release date: 5 June 2026
Holder: Rox Resources Limited ("Rox")

Following the release from escrow, these shares will become freely tradeable on the ASX. Rox has confirmed to HTM that, as at the date of this announcement, it has no present intention to dispose of the Shares being released from escrow.
