HPR welcomes another Institutional Investor to its Register

HPR is pleased to welcome a new institutional investor to the Company’s share register. The Lowell Resources Fund (ASX:LRT) has acquired 4,675,765 shares.

The Lowell Resources Fund has a long track record of generating strong absolute returns from the junior resources sector. The purchase was facilitated by way of a strategic, partial sell-down by Anthony Wooles. Mr. Wooles remains the second largest shareholder of the Company with 20 million shares.

Mr Andy Carroll, Chairman of HPR, commented:

“We are pleased to welcome another high-quality investment fund to our register. We believe this is a strong endorsement of HPR's royalties business model, existing portfolio of assets, and growth outlook, as well as the current stronger oil price and the positive outlook for East Coast gas price.”
