Board Composition and Chairman Role

High Peak Royalties Limited (ASX: HPR ) ( Company ) provides an update on the composition of the Board in advance of the Annual General Meeting to be held later this year.

Effective from today, Mr Andy Carroll has stepped down as Chairman, however, will continue to serve the Company as a Non-Executive Director. The Board thanks Mr Carroll for his efforts as Chairman since his appointment and for his continuing involvement as a NonExecutive Director henceforth.

Mr Geoffrey King, the current Deputy Chairman will serve as the Interim Chairman until the Annual General Meeting, and his previous position of Deputy Chairman will cease thereafter. It is Mr King’s intention to be the interim Chairman until such time as a suitable permanent Chairman is identified and appointed to the role.

Mr Anthony Wooles is supportive of the transition of the Chairmanship role and will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director.

As a result of the above composition changes to the Board, the Directors will look to identify and nominate new persons for election to the Board as part of a strategic board restructure and renewal process, which is envisaged to take place over the coming months.
