HICL Infrastructure Company (UK): Scheme of Reconstruction

FTSE Russell has noted the scheme of reconstruction in HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (UK, B0T4LH6, FTSE 250) in order to affect the change in domicile from Guernsey to the UK. Shareholders in HICL Infrastructure Company Limited will receive shares in HICL Infrastructure PLC (UK, BJLP1Y7) on a one for one basis. FTSE Russell confirms that HICL Infrastructure PLC will retain HICL Infrastructure Company's existing index memberships.

In accordance with the current timetable and subject to shareholder approval and court sanctioning, the scheme of reconstruction is expected to become effective on the 1st April 2019.
