The Authorized Officer of SAMMAAN CAPITAL LIMITED (136029) (formerly known as INDIABULLS HOUSING) for the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Prof Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of powers 13 (12) read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest Act issued Demand Notice dated 06.03.2026 calling upon H. SURRHI (CO-BORROWER, WIFE AS WELL AS RAHUL KUMAR SINGH) to repay the amount mentioned 13,44,956.49 (Rupees Twenty One Lakhs Forty Four Ft Fifty Six and Paise Forty Nine Only) against Loan 24521 as on 26.02.2026 and interest thereon within 60 min of the said Notice.

Called to repay the amount, Notice is hereby given to the person in general that the undersigned has taken Symbolic Property described herein below in exercise of powers of 20-Section (4) of Section 13 of the Act read with Rule 8 of the document) Rules, 2002 on 04.06.2026.

CORRIGENDUM TO THE POSTAL BALLOT NOTICE

This Corrigendum to the Notice of Postal Ballot dated May 28, 2026 is being issued by the company and this Corrigendum should be read in continuation of and in conjunction with Notice of Postal Ballot dated May 28, 2026, which was dispatched to the shareholders on May 29, 2026.

The members of Hi-Tech Pipes Limited are requested to note that the developments/ amendments with respect to and in connection with Notice of Postal Ballot dated May 28, 2026 are as under:

Changes to the Explanatory Statement to Item No. 1 of Postal Ballot Notice:

1. Sub-point 'B' on page 15: The section titled "Objects of the Issue through Preferential Offer" shall be substituted and read as under:

2. The Company requires infusion of funds for working capital requirements, General Corporate Purpose. The proceeds are expected to be utilized on or before March 31, 2026.

3. Sub-point 'O' on pages 17, 18, and 19: The pre-preferential shareholding pattern, which was previously given as of March 31, 2026, has now been updated and given as of May 22, 2026. Accordingly, the table provided therein stands replaced and should be read as set out below:
