Subject: Outcome of the Securities Allotment Committee Meeting held on February 10, 2021

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company on January 05th, 2021 through Postal Ballot and In-principal approval granted by NSE on February 01st, 2021 to Issue and allot in one or more tranches, upto 13,70,000 (Thirteen Lakh Seventy Thousand) Fully Convertible Warrants ("Warrants") at a price of Rs.164/- (Rupees One Hundred and Sixty Four Only) per warrant aggregating up-to Rs.22,46,80,000/- (Rupees Twenty Two Crores Forty Six Lakhs Eighty Thousand Only) to the persons belonging to Promoter, Promoter Group, Non-Promoter Group category.

Please note that on receipt of 25% of the issue price, the Securities Allotment Committee in its meeting held on today i.e. February 10th, 2021 have allotted 11,70,000 Fully Convertible Warrants (FCWs) to the following persons.:

Fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company will be allotted on receipt of balance 75% of the issue price for each warrant within eighteen months from the date of allotment of warrants.

As the Company has allotted warrants, there is currently no change in the Paid-up share capital of the Company
