The competition authority has granted H+H permission to close its acquisition
of Grupa Prefabet S.A. in Poland.

Cf. Company Announcement No. 301 of 9 October 2014 the closing of the
transaction was subject to customary approval by the Polish competition
authority.

H+H Polska Sp. z o.o. has now received the Polish competition authority’s
approval and closing of the transaction is expected shortly.
