Management Changes.

As a result of the dialogue between the Board of Directors of H/H International
A/S and the management concerning the revised strategy for the Group, CEO Hans
Gormsen has today Friday 26 November 2010, with the understanding of the Board
of Directors, decided to resign from his position as CEO of H+H International
A/S.

Hans Gormsen will stay in his position during the notice period until a new CEO
is appointed.

Effective as of today, H+H International A/S's CFO Niels Eldrup Meidhal enters
as member of the management for H+H International A/S and will be registered as
such with the Commerce & Companies' Agency.
