Change on the Executive Board

Michael Witthohn has today stepped down as Executive Vice President of H+H International A/S and is at the same time stepping down as Managing Director of H+H Deutschland GmbH, H+H International A/S's German subsidiary. Michael Witthohn joined the Executive Board of H+H International A/S on 1 February 2006.

At the time of his resignation, Michael Witthohn was Managing Director of the H+H Group's operations in Germany and was also responsible for the Group's investments in new markets and manufacturing facilities.

In future, the German operations will be taken care of by Henrik Dietrichsen, Senior Vice President, from a newly created post as area responsible for Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Baltic States, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. In addition, Henrik Dietrichsen will take up the post of Managing Director of H+H Deutschland GmbH on 1 January 2009.

Henrik Dietrichsen is 36 and has been with the H+H Group since 2001. Henrik Dietrichsen was previously Managing Director of the Group's Danish subsidiary and, as Senior Vice President, has been responsible for development and coordination of the Group's sales and marketing activities.

Thomas Terndrup-Larsen will take over responsibility for the H+H Group's investments in new production equipment. Thomas Terndrup-Larsen, 44, was appointed as Senior Vice President of Production Technology and R&D on 1 October 2008. Thomas Terndrup-Larsen comes from the post of General Manager, Project Management, with FLSmidth.

H+H International A/S's Executive Board will accordingly consist of Hans Gormsen, CEO. Besides Hans Gormsen, the Group management will consist of Martin Busk Andersen (CFO), Henrik Dietrichsen and Thomas Terndrup-Larsen.
