The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of HongGuang Lighting Holdings Company Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that the address of the Company’s registered office and principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands has been changed to Windward 3, Regatta Office Park, PO Box 1350, Grand Cayman, KY1-1108, Cayman Islands with effect from 16 December 2020.

The telephone number, post office box number and the email address of the registered office of the Company and those of the principal share registrar and transfer office of the Company in the Cayman Islands remain unchanged.
