• a. In terms of Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “SEBI Listing Regulations” ) , a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 30[th] day of April, 2026 , to consider and approve , inter-alia , the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4[th] Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis, and;

• b. Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated March 30, 2026, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives and other Insiders, had already been closed w.e.f. March 31, 2026 , and the same shall re-open on May 04, 2026 .
