On October 20, 2025, Patrick Winterlich, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Hexcel Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to resign from his position with the Company, effective November 30, 2025, to pursue another professional opportunity. Mr. Winterlich’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices. The Board of Directors of the Company has initiated a search to replace Mr. Winterlich.
