On January 3, 2019, Hexcel Corporation (“Hexcel”) issued a press release announcing that it completed the acquisition described in Item 8.01 below. The information contained in the press release, which is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1, is incorporated by reference herein.

On January 3, 2019, Hexcel completed the previously announced acquisition of ARC Technologies, Inc., which, prior to closing, was converted into a limited liability company and renamed “ARC Technologies LLC.”
