Hexcel Declares Quarterly Dividend

STAMFORD, CT. October 19, 2016 – Hexcel Corporation (NYSE: HXL) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share on the common stock of Hexcel, payable on November 9, 2016 to shareholders of record as of November 2, 2016.

Hexcel Corporation is a leading advanced composites company. It develops, manufactures and markets lightweight, high-performance structural materials, including carbon fibers, reinforcements, prepregs, honeycomb, matrix systems, adhesives and composite structures, used in commercial aerospace, space and defense and industrial applications such as wind turbine blades.
