Hexaware Ranked #1 in Value for Money in Whitelane Research 2026 Netherlands IT Sourcing Study

April 7, 2026: Hexaware Technologies [NSE: HEXT], a global IT services and solu�ons provider, has been recognized for strong client sa�sfac�on in the latest Whitelane Research 2026 IT Sourcing Study – Netherlands. In its excep�onal debut, Hexaware ranked #1 in Value for Money with an 89% sa�sfac�on score, while also securing strong posi�ons across the other key performance indicators (KPIs), including #5 in Account Management Quality at 85%, #4 in Security at 86%, and #7 in Service Delivery Quality at 83%.

Whitelane Research, an independent European research organiza�on, in collabora�on with Eraneos, conducted the 2026 Dutch IT Sourcing Study—the Netherlands’ most extensive evalua�on of IT service and cloud pla�orm providers, based on input from 350+ leading organiza�ons covering ~800 IT sourcing and 1,150+ cloud rela�onships.

Hexaware ranked among the top 15 IT service providers in General Sa�sfac�on in the Netherlands and named a strong performer, achieving an 80% sa�sfac�on score and placing 13th overall — one of only five new entrants in rankings that evaluated a record 43 IT service providers. In Applica�on Services, Hexaware broke into the top 10 by market share, ranked 13th with 80% provider service sa�sfac�on, and achieved a strong renewal inten�on rate. In the Use of AI category, it placed among the top three, with half of all respondents acknowledging its posi�ve track record in applying AI to improve services.
