Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, please find attached details of compounding order from Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) in the matter of delay in filing form FC TRS with RBI for equity shares of the Company acquired by HT Global Holdings B.V in 2021 as part of delisting process.
With reference to above, please find appended herewith Annexure A for information pursuant to SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
