This in�ma�on is in con�nua�on to the disclosure made on October 24, 2025, under LODR Regula�ons with respect to filing of media�on applica�on with Media�on Agency in US to resolve the dispute with client.

In this regards, we wish to inform that the Par�es were unable to reach a se�lement through media�on. The Company is presently evalua�ng the ini�a�on of legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amounts owing from the client, and expressly reserves all rights, remedies and defenses available at law and in equity.
