Sub: Disclosure of material event pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

With reference to our intimation filed on February 28, 2025, with regards to receipt of order under Section 73 of the Tamil Nadu Goods & Service Tax or CGST Act, 2017 from Department of Goods and Service Tax, State Tax Officer, Chennai, please note that consequent to the Rectification application filed by the Company, it has received the Rectification Order from Department of Goods and Service Tax, State Tax Officer, Chennai.

The said rectification order is not likely to have material impact on the Company financials or operations

Based on assessment of facts and prevailing law, the Company is of the view that the said demand (including penalty and interest) vide rectification order is unjustified. The Company intends to take appropriate legal course of action against the said rectification order in consultation with its advisors.

With respect to the above, please see attached Annexure A containing information and details as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024
