Sub: Update on disclosure of material event under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR Regulations).

This intimation is made in continuation of the disclosure made on October 24, 2025, and November 11, 2025, under the LODR Regulations, with regards to the ongoing efforts to resolve the dispute with our client through mediation. While the mediation process did not culminate in a settlement with client, the Company has initiate formal proceedings by filing a complaint against the client before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDYN).
