Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the Company has received approval from New Jersey Division of Revenue for Merger of wholly owned subsidiary Softcrylic LLC, USA ("Transferor Company") into another wholly owned subsidiary Hexaware Technologies Inc ("Transferee Company") w.e.f May 01, 2026.
With respect to the above, please see attached Annexure A containing information and details as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
