Previously, he managed one of HCL’s top three global accounts and directed the organization’s digital practice. With more than 25 years of experience spanning healthcare, life sciences, digital transformation, and information management, Shantanu was recognized as a pioneer at HCL Tech. His leadership was instrumental in delivering large-scale projects, building high- performing practices, and developing innovative, market-leading solutions. Throughout his career, Shantanu has led global teams across India, Singapore, France, and the United States. His deep technological expertise and strategic vision have driven significant business growth and successful acquisitions. In addition to his executive roles, he is a prolific author, having published numerous papers on healthcare technology, knowledge management, digital experience, and the impact of big data on payers and providers. He has also written two books on iOS technology, published by Springer (Apress), and his forthcoming book on Web Development using AI is scheduled for release by Springer at the end of 2025.

		Shantanu’s outstanding contributions to the industry have been recognized by The IT Services Report, naming him among the Top 25 and Top 50 Healthcare IT Executives for 2020 and 2022, respectively.
