Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find below details of change in Senior Management Personnel:

1. Appointment of Mr. Hariharan Srinivasan, Executive Vice President - HR, as the interim Chief People Officer (CPO) of the group w.e.f. November 16, 2025 in place of Ms. Nita Nambiar who ceases to be CPO w.e.f. November 15, 2025.

2. Appointment of Mr. Siddharth Dhar, President and head of Digital IT Operations (DITO) as the Head of AI Practice w.e.f. October 14, 2025 in addition to heading DITO.

3. Appointment of Mr. Eravi Gopan as President and head of Hi-Tech Vertical w.e.f. October 20, 2025.
