MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT reinforces it geographical coverage Acquisition of the company BERMAX CONSTRUCTION

The MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT group announced the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of the company BERMAX CONSTRUCTION headquartered in Angouleme (Charente) with effect from 1 January 2014.

Builder of traditional single-family homes for over 20 years, BERMAX CONSTRUCTION operates out of 2 branches in the Charente and Charente-Maritime and sells some 80 houses per annum.

This company employs 14 people and posted excellent 2013 performances with:

• a €10M turnover,
• operating results of around €0.7M, i.e. operational profitability of close to 7%,
• net profit of €0.4M, i.e. a net margin of 4%.

The balance sheet of the company is very solid with a cash flow of up to €1.5M and a consolidated shareholders' equity of the order of €1.5M.

The acquisition of BERMAX CONSTRUCTION now reinforces the geographical coverage of the Groupe MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT. One of the current heads, Mr. Jean-Jacques RENAUT, 46 years of age, assumes the responsibilities of Chairman of the Board.

Despite the current economic downturn, this new external growth confirms the confidence of the Group in the pertinence of its business model and once again shows its capacity to bring together the sector's top players.
