Hexagon Composites ASA: Share buyback program completed

29 April 2025: With reference to the share buyback program announced 14 April

2025, Hexagon Composites ASA ("the Company") has purchased 860 861 of its own

shares on 28 and 29 April 2025. The shares were purchased at an average price of

NOK 20.1614 per share. An overview of the daily share purchases, as well as a

detailed overview of all transactions is attached.

Date on which the buyback program was announced: 14 April 2025

The duration of the buyback program: 14 April 2025 until 31 May 2025

Size of the buyback program: Up to NOK 75 million

Following the transactions, the Company owns 4 139 203 of its own shares, which

represents 1.97% of the total shares outstanding.
