Hexagon Agility forms strategic relationship with industry leaders to accelerate the adoption of natural gas trucks in North America
10 September 2025: Hexagon Agility, a global leader in fuel systems for natural
gas trucks, has formed strategic relationships with Clean Energy Fuels Corp.,
and Cummins Inc., to launch Pioneer Clean Fleet Solutions ("Pioneer CFS") - the
first company dedicated to leasing low-carbon heavy-duty commercial vehicles in
North America.
With the launch of Cummins' X15N engine, natural gas trucks are now able to go
head-to-head with diesel on range, performance and drivability.
Through these strategic relationships, Pioneer CFS will simplify the transition
to natural gas by delivering leasing packages that include complete natural gas
trucks, fuel and service. This is the industry's most comprehensive and
competitive leasing solution for natural gas trucks, enabling fleets to
effectively incorporate natural gas trucks into their operations.
A collective effort to drive adoption of natural gas trucks

Pioneer CFS will operate as an independent company with a nationwide team of
experienced industry veterans in heavy-duty truck and engine manufacturing,
natural gas fuel systems and fueling infrastructure.
Hexagon Agility will contribute to the company with industry expertise and its
network, and in providing fuel systems, mobile refueling and aftermarket
solutions for Pioneer CFS' customers.
Timing
Pioneer CFS has already begun working with fleets. Early deployments are
targeted for delivery in the coming months across multiple regions in North
America.
