Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Mr. Ravin Gandhi (DIN: 00438361) vide the letter dated 12 May 2026 has tendered his resignation as Non - Executive Director of the Company with effect from 12 May 2026, citing ongoing professional and personal commitments and his inability to devote sufficient time to the affairs of the Company. Consequently, Ms. Nina Gandhi, Alternate Director to Mr. Ravin Gandhi, has ceased to hold office with effect from the same date.
