HERMES INTERNATIONAL has announced that in the context of Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code, on December 22, 2008, several shareholders signed a collective undertaking to retain their shares for a set period. The total number of shares concerned by the agreement amounted to 34.108.557 shares, representing 32.14% of the shares comprising the share capital at that date.
The said collective undertaking will remain in force for two years. The agreement was entered into in parallel with the existing agreements entered
into in the context of Article 885 of the French General Tax Code, one of which is applicable to more than half of the share capital.
