TERMINATION OF THE LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH ODDO CORPORATE FINANCE

On 18th June 2012, Hermès International terminated the liquidity contract consistent with the A.M.A.F.I. Compliance Chart recognized by "Autorité des Marchés Financiers", and signed with Oddo Corporate Finance.

Outstanding resources on the termination date amounted to :

• 8,715,940.07 euros in cash
• 14,500 Hermès International shares
