Release – Appointment to the Supervisory Board
After twenty years as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Hermes International, Mr. Jerome Guerrand, tendered his resignation during the Board meeting of 3rd March 2011.
The Board members thanked him for the steadfastness he showed in maintaining the house's spirit and family ties, alongside his cousins Jean-Louis Dumas and Bertrand Puech, .
He will rejoin the Management Board as an honorary Member.
Mr. Eric de Seynes, 51 years old and an ESLSCA graduate, has been named President of the Supervisory Board. Since 2005 he has been part of the various controlling bodies at Hermes International: The Supervisory Board, The Management Board, and the Audit Committee.
He is currently CEO of Yamaha Motor France, a member of the Yamaha Motor Europe strategic committee, and joint president of CSIAM (The International Automobile and Motorcycle Trade Union).
Eric de Seynes is a 6th generation member of the Hermes family.
