COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF 29 MAY 2012

HOW TO OBTAIN DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO PREPARE FOR THE MEETING

A Combined General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 29 May 2012, at 9:30 a.m. (admission begins at 8:00 a.m.) at Palais des Congrès, Grand Amphithéâtre, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris.

This meeting is being called to approve the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011, inter alia .

The invitation to attend the meeting was published in the BALO on 16 April 2012.

Information on participating and voting in the Meeting is provided in the said Notice.

Information and documents relating to the Meeting may be consulted online by visiting the Company's website at www.hermes-international.com .

The other documents and information pertaining to this Meeting will be made available to the shareholders and may be consulted on the above website, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, as from 7 May 2012.
