COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF 2 JUNE 2009

HOW TO OBTAIN DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO PREPARE FOR THE MEETING

A Combined General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 2 June 2009, at 4:30 p.m. (admission begins at 3:00 p.m.) at Palais des Congrès, Grand Amphithéâtre, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris.

This meeting is being called, in particular, to approve the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008.

The invitation to attend the meeting, which constitutes the official Notice of Meeting, was published in the BALO on 17 April 2009.

Information on participating and voting in the Meeting is provided in the said Notice.

Information and documents relating to the Meeting may be consulted online by visiting the Company's website at www.hermes-international.com.

At the Meeting, the Shareholders will be asked to approve payment of a dividend of $\epsilon$ 1.03 per share.
