Hercules plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology-enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure and construction sectors, has been notified by Brusk Korkmaz, CEO of the Company, that, on 5 January 2026, he transferred 17,920,845 ordinary shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to Nicola Korkmaz, for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr Korkmaz's beneficial interest in Hercules is 17,920,846 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.5% of the Company's issued share capital.  His interest in the Company is directly held by Hercules Real Estate Limited.

Novari Holdings Limited, a company owned by Nicola Korkmaz, now has a beneficial interest in 17,920,845 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
