Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC) announces that the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Robin Stevens, a Non-Executive Director of Hercules, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of East Imperial PLC ("East Imperial"), which is not connected to Hercules, on 10 November 2023. On 28 August 2024, East Imperial announced that it had appointed liquidators.
