Correction to Appendix 3Y
HeraMED Limited (ASX:HMD) (‘HeraMED’ or the ‘Company’) wishes to make a correction to the Appendix 3Y that was lodged on 28 March 2024.
On it was erroneously stated that Mr. David Hinton participated in a placement . We wish to rectify this error and clarify that Mr. David Hinton actually participated in the rights issue , not the placement as previously mentioned.
We are now submitting an amended Appendix 3Y that correctly reflects Mr. David Hinton's participation in the rights issue .
