Share Purchase Plan Update

Further to the announcement made by the Company (refer to the ASX announcement on 12 June 2020) regarding the Company’s share purchase plan (“ SPP ”), the Company advises that the closing date for the offer under the SPP (“ SPP Offer ”) has been extended by 13 days to 5:00pm (EST) on Thursday,9 July 2020.

The SPP will provide eligible shareholders with an opportunity to acquire up to A$30,000 worth of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of A$0.09 per share (“ New Shares ”) to raise up to A$1.5 million. The extension is to provide shareholders with more time to consider and subscribe for shares under the SPP. If you are an eligible shareholder and haven’t received an application form - and wish to participate in the SPP Offer, please contact the Company Secretary Jonathan@hera med.com.

Detailed below is an updated timetable for the SPP Offer incorporating the extended closing date.
