On 26 September 2025 Herald Investment Trust plc (the "Company") purchased for cancellation 23,552 shares at a price of 2,445.00 pence per share.
Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares 48,454,610 ordinary shares of 25p each will remain in issue. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
