Si comunica che, dalla data di oggi, sono disponibili presso la sede sociale, sul sito del Gruppo Hera (www.gruppohera.it), alla sezione Governance, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato , il verbale dell'Assemblea dei Soci del 30 aprile 2024 e il testo dello Statuto Sociale aggiornato con le modifiche approvate dall'Assemblea.

Si informa, altresì, che il suddetto verbale è stato iscritto presso il Registro delle Imprese di Bologna in data 09 maggio 2024.

Publication of documents pertaining to the Shareholders Meeting

Kindly note that as of today the minutes of the Shareholders Meeting held on 30 April 2024, as well as the articles of association containing the amendments approved by the Shareholders' Meeting, are available at company headquarters, on the Hera Group's website (https://eng.gruppohera.it/group/ ) in the section dedicated to Corporate Governance, and on the authorised storage website .

We also inform that the aforementioned minutes was registered with the Companies' Register of Bologna on 09 May 2024.
