Aggiornamento e incremento del Programma EMTN di Hera S.p.A.

Hera S.p.A. (la "Società") informa che in data odierna è stato completato l'aggiornamento del proprio programma di emissioni obbligazionarie a medio termine (Euro Medium Term Notes Programme), con l'incremento da euro 3,5 miliardi ad euro 4,5 miliardi del plafond massimo in linea capitale di prestiti obbligazionari che possono essere in circolazione contestualmente a valere sullo stesso (il "Programma EMTN").

Il Prospetto di base del Programma EMTN è stato approvato dalla Central Bank of Ireland ai sensi del Regolamento Prospetti ed è disponibile sul sito internet della Società e sul sito internet di Euronext Dublin.

L'aggiornamento e l'incremento del plafond massimo del Programma EMTN consentiranno alla Società di cogliere eventuali nuove opportunità di mercato in linea con la propria strategia finanziaria.

Update and increase of the EMTN Programme of Hera S.p.A.

Hera S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that on the date hereof the update of its Euro Medium Term Notes programme has been completed, with the increase from euro 3.5 billion to euro 4.5 billion of the maximum plafond in principal amount of notes that may be simultaneously outstanding thereunder (the "EMTN Programme").

The base Prospectus of the EMTN Programme has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland pursuant to the Prospectus Regulation and is available on the Company's website and on the website of Euronext Dublin.

The update and the increase of the maximum plafond of the EMTN Programme will allow the Company to take advantage of any new market opportunities in line with its financial strategy.
