Scomparsa del Vice Presidente di Hera S.p.A. Ing. Gabriele Giacobazzi

Si comunica che in data 3 marzo 2024 è deceduto il Vice Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione, ing. Gabriele Giacobazzi.

La Società rende noto che si provvederà all'integrazione del Consiglio e alla nomina del nuovo Vice Presidente ai sensi di quanto previsto dalle vigenti disposizioni di legge e di Statuto, sulla base della designazione che verrà effettuata da parte dei soci pubblici presentatori della lista di maggioranza, in conformità alle previsioni del vigente Patto di Sindacato cui gli stessi aderiscono.

Si rende altresì noto che l'ing. Giacobazzi ricopriva anche le cariche di Vice Presidente del Comitato Esecutivo, Presidente del Comitato Controllo e Rischi (coincidente con il Comitato per le operazioni con Parti Correlate) e Presidente del Comitato Remunerazioni.

The passing of Hera S.p.A.'s Vice Chairman, Mr. Gabriele Giacobazzi

We hereby inform you that on March 3, 2024, the Vice Chaiman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Gabriele Giacobazzi, passed away.

The Company will take steps to integrate the Board and appoint a new Vice Chairman in accordance with the provisions of current legislation and the Articles of Association, based on the decision to be made by the public shareholders participating in majority list, in accordance with the provisions of the current Public Shareholders agreement to which they adhere.

Also note that Mr. Giacobazzi held the positions of Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee, Chairman of the Control and Risks Committee (which also corresponds to the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties) and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
