Dimissioni dell'Amministratore Delegato di Hera S.p.A.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Hera S.p.A., riunitosi oggi, ha preso atto delle dimissioni di Stefano Venier da Amministratore Delegato della Società, formalizzate in data 4 aprile 2022. Le dimissioni avranno effetto a decorrere dal 26 aprile 2022 e nella stessa data cesserà ogni altro incarico consiliare.
Per la sua sostituzione sono già stati attivati gli organi competenti seguendo le procedure previste dallo Statuto.
Si segnala che Stefano Venier non detiene azioni della Società.
A Stefano Venier, che ha svolto la sua attività in Hera S.p.A. fin dal 2004, il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha espresso un sentito ringraziamento per l'importante lavoro svolto in questi anni, in sintonia con il vertice aziendale e tutto il management, e gli augura il miglior successo per le nuove sfide professionali.

Resignation of the CEO of Hera S.p.A.
The Board of Directors of Hera S.p.A., after meeting today, acknowledged the resignation of Stefano Venier as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, formally presented on 4 April 2022. His resignation will become effective on 26 April 2022, and on the same date all his other positions related to the board will cease.
For his replacement, the appropriate bodies have already begun to act, according to the procedures provided for by the Articles of Association.
Note that Stefano Venier does not hold any shares in the Company.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Stefano Venier, who has worked for Hera S.p.A. since 2004, for the important work he has done over the years, working alongside the top management and the entire organisation, and wishes him the utmost success in his new professional career.
