As at 30 November 2025, the Company's capital consisted of 74,385,131 ordinary shares of 25p each. The Company holds 14,810,997 ordinary shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,574,134. On a poll, members have one vote for each share held. 

The above figure (59,574,134) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
