In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 November 2025, the Company's capital consisted of 172,141,700 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights, of which 2,622,692 ordinary shares were held in Treasury. Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. Holders of the Company's ordinary shares are entitled to one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 169,519,008.   

The above figure (169,519,008) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
