The Company confirms that it agreed on 5 June 2024 to issue 425,000 ordinary shares of no par value to the market from those currently held in treasury.  The shares will be issued at a price of 233.00p per share.

Following this sale from treasury, the Company's share capital is as follows:

Total voting rights: 162,707,179

Ordinary shares held in treasury: 381,385

Total issued share capital: 163,088,546
