The Company announces that it agreed on 26 July 2023 to allot 510,000 ordinary shares at 243.50p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share as at the close of business on 26 July 2023 was 236.1p.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 28 July 2023, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 162,538,564.
