Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 15 May 2023 to allot 200,000 ordinary shares at 250.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share as at the close of business on 15 May 2023 was 243.2p.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 May 2023, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 161,033,564.
