Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 8,500,000 ordinary shares of no par value each under a general corporate purposes block listing facility.

The shares may be issued from time to time for cash, in order to satisfy investor demand, provided that such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net asset value per share. Any shares will, when issued, rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 30 November 2022.
